International Year One IYO 適合希望將來修讀 Western University Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies（BMOS）或Faculty of Social Science二年級的學生。

• 修讀地點：Western University 校園內的 Western International College (WesternIC)
• 課程長度：三個學期（約 12 個月）
• 開課時間：9 月、1 月、5 月入學
• 截止申請：開學前4個月，如果直接申請 Western University，每年1月中截止
• 想讀Western University Ivey Business School的同學，可以透過International Year One完成大一課程，在同一校園內完成大二，申請Ivey Business School，因為此大學的商學院是需要同學完成2年學位課程，再按同學成績及領導才能，擇優而錄。

International Year One 升讀二年級 Progression 要求

成功完成 International Year One 並符合

• 整體累積平均分（Cumulative Average）達到最低 65%，學生可銜接 Western University Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies（BMOS）二年級，或
• 整體累積平均分達到 60%，則可升讀 Western University Faculty of Social Science 二年級。

Western University International Year One升讀主修

• Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies主修：Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Management and Legal Studies
• Faculty of Social Science主修：Economics、Psychology、Sociology

GCE A Levels

• GCE A Level：3 個學術科目須達到 1B 2C 以上成績。
• 同時需要 5 科 GCSE / IGCSE / Ordinary Level 或同等程度學術科目達到 C 級或以上。
• 如果不透過 WesternIC, 直接考Western University，GCE A Level：BBB + GCSE 5科C，所以，WesternIC 收分優勢明顯，同學也可以按時4年畢業

International Baccalaureate（IB）

• 需完成 IB Diploma。
• 最低總分 25 分（連 Extended Essay 及 TOK），而各科成績不能低於 3 分。
• 如果不透過Western IC, 直接考Western University，IB Diploma 27, 每科最低4分，所以，WesternIC 收分優勢明顯，同學也可以按時4年畢業

香港（HKDSE）

• 4 科核心科目平均 Level 3 (Citizenship and Social Development - Attained)
• 2 科選修科目平均 Level 2

加拿大

• 要求整體平均成績 約 80%，並提供正式成績單及畢業證明。

International Year One: Science（IYO: Science）成功完成後可直接銜接 Western University Faculty of Science 二年級的同學。

IYO: Science 升讀二年級 Progression 要求

成功完成 International Year One: Science 並符合以下條件後，學生可：

• 整體累積平均分（Overall Cumulative Average）至少 60%。

Western University International Year One Science升讀主修

• Computer Science：結合理論基礎與實作，涵蓋 Game Design、Cybersecurity、Robotics、Artificial Intelligence、Databases、Cloud Computing 等，培養學生解決高科技領域複雜問題的能力。
• Statistical and Actuarial Sciences：以數學與計算系統進行資料收集、分析及建模，涵蓋以下四類主修選項：Actuarial Science、Financial Modelling、Applied Statistics、Data Science，系內亦配置先進的計算實驗室設備。

GCE A Levels

• GCE A Level：3 個學術科目須達到 1B 2C 以上成績，當中包括 A Level 數學 C 級或以上，以及一科 A Level 科學（物理、化學或生物）C 級或以上。
• 同時需要 5 科 GCSE / IGCSE / Ordinary Level 或同等程度學術科目達到 C 級或以上。

MEng 專業與學制

WesternIC 與 Western University Engineering 合作，為英文稍遜的同學提供額外1個學期的英文輔導(Master Qualifying Program (MQP) A), 然後無縫銜接 Western University 以下Master of Engineering（MEng）專業。 MQP A + MEng 加起來共16個月, 同學可以申請1月、5月或9月開學：
