UTP Stage II 相等於大一，學生完成課程並達到以下條件便可入讀由 Dhillon School of Business提供的 Bachelor of Management (B.Mgt) 學位課程 Year 2。條件如下：

1. CGPA 達到2.0 (4分滿分)
2. 所有必修課程成績達到C-或以上
3. 所有專業必修課程，完成最少10科，並且獲得30學分
